A win for the Good Guys in Kali

So it appears that the 9th circuit has cut down Kalifornia's rule about no CCW unless "necessary" and self-protection is not enough. The court ruled that unconstitutional. The sheriff of the San Diego county that had the suit in the first place saw fit not to challenge it any further.

Then the various anti-gun organizations joined in, and the state attorney general requested holding off the ruling until they could produce evidence that would be "compelling". The court, however, ruled that it was too late. They had had four years to get into the case, and this was just unacceptable as a tactic to stall the ruling.

?How about THAT for the 9th!
