Well, I've finally started the "paperwork" on converting one of my AR lowers into an SBR. I guess you can currently E-File an SBR for a trust--so I figured I might as well do it. I will keep you all updated on the process.

I met with a lawyer and created a trust before I bought my first suppressor.  I figured that would be the best route in the long run--and it has been so far... 8 suppressors later...

I had put off building an SBR mostly because I didn't need to with the SIG arm brace and my AR pistol.  With the wishy washyness of the ATF with regards to the SIG arm brace, I figured I might as well do it and end up on the safe side.  Also, the E-File system makes it WAY easier to do the paperwork and payment.
